The spring system features two layers of hand-nested, vanadium steel calico pocket springs with 3,296 springs in a King size, delivering independent support. The border is finished with coir and wool, reinforced by four rows of hand side-stitching to extend the sleep surface to the edge, while woollen tufts and twine compress the layers into a stable depth at every tuft point.
